Howard currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Associated Industries of Massachusetts (AIM), Massachusetts Movers, Canton Industries Association and the Neoponset Valley Chamber of Commerce, and chairs AIM’s Worker’s Compensation Oversight Committee and AIM’s Mutual Insurance Committee as well as the Board of Advisors for the Center for Blood Research. He also participates in the Boston Chamber of Commerce’s Government Affairs Committee, is a member of the Women’s Educational & Industrial Union and the South Shore Chamber of Commerce, and is a member of the Employee Relocation Council. Howard is a Boston resident.

D’ARCY CANNAVA-GOLDMAN (l.) is responsible for the continued growth and success of the company. As President of Humboldt Storage & Moving, D’Arcy’s main responsibilities include strategic planning, training, and coaching of personnel.

A graduate of the University of Miami, D’Arcy was previously employed by Northeastern Mortgage as a marketing representative and served Delta Airlines as a Flight Attendant Supervisor. She is the past president of the Women’s Educational & Industrial Union and a member of the National Association of Female Executives and the South Shore Women’s Business Network. D’Arcy is also the past president of the Charity Ball, Inc., a non-profit organization that raises funds for various children’s organizations in the Greater Boston Area. D’Arcy is also a volunteer at Horizon’s House, Boston, a shelter for homeless women and children. She resides in Boston.

JAMES M. SULLIVAN has been with Humboldt Storage & Moving for five years, initially in Long Distance Operations, then as Vice President of Operations.
In his current position as General Manager of Operations, James focuses on strategic planning in relation to warehouse services and equipment, training programs, enhancement of customer services, and day-to-day management.

James earned a Masters in Business Administration from Northeastern University, and is an accounting graduate of Boston College. A South Boston resident, James is a member of the Mass. Movers Association and has completed the entrepreneurial program sponsored by the National Movers Association.

STEPHEN DOZOIS oversees all
aspects of the International Department, including operations and customer service. He attended Northeastern University, and brings to Humboldt Storage & Moving 30 years of experience in marketing and sales.

Stephen is a member of the New England Human Resources Association, Household Goods Forwarders Association, and the Latin American/Caribbean Movers Association. Stephen currently resides in Falmouth on Cape Cod with his wife. He has five sons and while they were growing up, he coached eighteen seasons of soccer and was a board member of the Framingham United Soccer League.

"Moving is often a traumatic time and we try to make that transition easier by keeping in touch with the customer throughout the process and treating their goods as if they were our own. We keep the customer informed and at ease. That's customer service."

NICK ABBATANGELO brings 20 years of accounting experience to Humboldt Storage & Moving. Nick joined Humboldt after 12 years as Chief Financial Officer at the importing firm of Milson and Louis, Inc. He manages the company’s 7-person accounting department.

Nick, his wife, and two children reside in Abington, MA. He received his accounting degree from Northeastern University. Nick is active in the community and has participated in the Cancer Relay for Life, served on the South Shore Chamber of Commerce Human Resource Committee, and is an active member of the Whitman Congregational Church.

Nick brings exceptionally strong analytical skills to the company, and demonstrates a keen ability to communicate his analysis and vision. He is adept at sharing financial data with those unfamiliar with accounting practices.
